Personal external activities

Experiences outside the ordinary make you grow and improve, both professionally and personally.

He has several consultancies for the launch of new restaurants. Among the most famous is the “Pavarotti Milano restaurant Museum” for which he was also executive chef. Recently, the special invitation, directly from the Pavarotti family, to take an active part in the creation of the book “ Alla Luciano” dedicated to the Cuisine so loved by the Maestro. A book for which chef Marchini has personally recreated, with slight reinterpretations, the traditional recipes from the agenda of gastronomic notes written by Maestro Pavarotti himself.

The Stream Cooking Project, curated at a national level in various episodes, has seen him involved in live cooking sessions with great interaction.

Of great satisfaction and commitment were the activities related to social issues such as Chef in Hospital (at the Carlo Poma in Mantua) and Chef at School (at the La Carovana School in Modena).

Marchini recently accepted the task of curating the school canteen menu is Castelfranco Emilia to offer taste and health to little ones. An activity promoted by Camst Group and the Municipality of Castelfranco Emilia.

An important project is linked to that theme of food difficulties. The Modena USL Company has chosen Marchini for a new approach that sees young people, with special food problems,approach the kitchen with workshops dedicated to food,to get to know it and manage it by seeking different points of view.

New projects are constantly being born, the most recent in 2023 Marchini was entrusted with the launch of the new premises (opening in September 2023) of RMH Hotel in Modena. The Lounge Bar and the Restaurant will bear his signature.
